Bondfire Sauna will be rolling up to our Fernhill Studio with their amazing mobile wood-fired sauna on Saturday 21st March.
POST PILATES SAUNA SESSIONS
Finish your saturday morning pilates class with a social group sauna session. The sauna deepens muscle recovery and eases tension after a pilates workout. It's the ultimate weekend reset!
SESSION TIMES & info
Sessions will run every 30 minutes from 8am to 12pm. Each session is 30 minutes and costs $22 per person.
What to bring: Bring your swimmers & 2 x towels.
