Our classes.
At Good Moves Studio, we offer 4 types of classes, across our 3 studios, 7 days a week!
We know that some days you really need to sweat it out, and other days you just wanna stretch and move your body in a way that feels good for you. Our goal is to help you feel the best that you can and support you in achieving your goals - whatever that looks like to you. We combine strength training techniques with Pilates in all of our class styles to build stronger bodies.
You can expect to feel welcome and encouraged in all of our 45-minute classes, capped at 13 people a class so you always get the attention you deserve.
The best bit? We offer regular Reformer Stretch classes within our timetable and one-off meditation pop-up’s to support your mental wellbeing, as time out and recovery are just as important as those endorphin-hitting strength classes.
