WHY WE MOVE

WE MOVE TO FEEL GOOD, TO HAVE MORE ENERGY, LESS ANXIETY, LESS PAIN - TO SLEEP BETTER AND LIVE LONGER.

FOCUS ON THESE BENEFITS AND YOU’LL CREATE A HEALTHY, SUSTAINABLE RELATIONSHIP WITH EXERCISE.

A FEW REASONS WE LOVE TO MOVE AT GOOD MOVES

TO FEEL GOOD

Focusing on non-physical benefits of exercise helps to create a healthy, sustainable relationship with exercise.

Moving to feel good is the backbone of our studio and why we do what we do every day. Taking the options that feel good for you and your body is always prioritised in class.

And, we love that post class endorphin high!

for your mind

There are so many positive benefits of exercise, including to support your mental health.

Investing in your physical and mental health is is one of the best acts of self-care you can do for yourself.

to have fun

We don’t take ourselves too seriously here, movement should be enjoyable and we want you to have fun!

Our classes are soundtracked with feel-good music, the studio lights are dimmed and coloured, and we place a lot of emphasis on creating the right amount of good vibes in each and every class.

We don’t strive for perfection, we just want you to have a good time.

to be together

Exercising in a group helps to boost your motivation, commitment and social connection.

Studies also show that moving in sync with others while exercising increases endorphins and decreases pain.
