good moves social club
Sunday afternoons are for Good Moves Social Club. It’s a chance for members to join a fun circuit-style class and stick around afterwards for some snacks, drinks and good conversation.
No two events are the same. We've danced through 90s RnB, gone full Pop Divas à la Beyonce and brought back 80s aerobics - with a roving wood-fired sauna popping up at select events too.
Social Club is included in every Good Moves membership. Non-members are welcome for $45 per event.

good moves book club
One of our favourite and wholesome corners of our community is Good Moves Book Club.
We meet on the first Tuesday of every month and take over a corner of Figtree Hotel to chat about books. We all read the same book each month and come ready to discuss - it’s a bit of informal fun and a great way to meet other people who love to read (and do Pilates!)
Everyone who comes along gets a chance to choose a book. At the end of each meet-up, we put our book reccs in the hat and randomly select the next month’s book.
Since launching mid last year our book club has worked through some brilliant reads and there is always something for every kind of reader.

consistency club
Our member challenges are built around the idea that consistency, not intensity, is what actually changes how you feel.
A few times a year we run a challenge encouraging members to commit to a routine of their own pace over several weeks, with prizes, golden tickets and a lot of community spirit along the way.
We want to encourage our members to show up for themselves regularly and our challenges give that little extra motivation along the way to make it fun.
